The insurgents are petitioning for •an International Control Commission to restore Turkish rule, and alternatively to save them from the present Government. They declare that they were fired upon when peacefully marching at Durazzo as a protest to Prince William against prosecution by liis officers.

ENTENTE NOT TO INTERFERE. Received 11.30 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 29. If is understood that the Entente lias agreed not to interfere in Albania's internal affairs. COMICAL CINEMA FILM. The Novoe Vremya describes Prince Weid's flight as a comical and cheap cinema film.
