ROSENTHAL MURDER CASE
Bv Electric Tele£raph—Press -Association —Copyright. NEW YORK, May 22. Ex-Police-Lieutenant Becker was, at the second trial, found guilty of complicity in the murder of Rosenthal. The jury stated that unquestionably Becker had assisted in the murder plot, and the death sentence muse again be imposed. TEARFUL JURYMEN. Received 5.5 p.m. NEW YORK, May 23. Becker's counsel has announced that he will appeal against his death sentence. The jurymen were in tears while announcing their verdict.
