SUPREME COURT.
Press Association. —By Telegraph. MASTERTON, March 24. In the Supreme Court to-day the jury returned a verdict of not guilty in the case in which Arthur William Petherick was charged with perjury. Sitting in divorce Judge Edwards granted decrees nisi in the cases of Heggie v. Heggie (husband 's petition) and Johnston v. Johnston (wife's petition), both on the grounds of desertion.
