'HABEAS George Stauborough Renwick, of Wellington, claiming to have been lawfully married to you, has filed his petition against you in our Supreme Court at Wellington praying for a dissolution of marriage, wherein he alleges that you have been guilty of desertion of him for five years and upwards. And whereas by an order of this Honourable "Court, made on the 18th day of June, 1913, it was ordered that personal service on you of the citation exti acted in this cause and of a copy under seal of the petition sealed herein be dispensed with and that two advertisements in a newspaper published at Falmerston North, with an interval of one wtek between them, and one advertisement in a newspaper published at Marton of an abstract of the said citation and petition should be in lieu of such personal service. Therefore take notice that unless you, within one month after the date of the last appearance of this advertisement, attend at the office of the Registrar of the t at Wellington and file your answer to the said petition, this cause will be heird and determined in your absence. A copy of the said citation and petition will be supplied to you upon your applying for ihe same at the office of this Court at Wellington. Dated at Wellington this 15th day of September, 1913.
