The coroner found the engineer of the White Mount express an i t e condnctor and flagman of the Bar Harbour train criminally responsible for neglecting t e signal which caused the train wreck on the Newhaven-New Hartford railway on September 2. Ti o coroner found that employees ignored tne company's rules in a wholesale fashion
