AT WINTER SHOW. At Manawatu A. and P meeting yesterday Mr R. S. Abraham suggested that a Challenge Cup should be provided for competition by College Football Clubs at the Winter Snow. It* a cap was competed for other outside schools would probably compete and make an interesting ton uament.Mr Conway pointed rut that cups ha 1 been • ffered previously for competition, but were not entertained as it was deemed preferable for the schools to play for the honour an glory of the game. On one occasion a hundred guinea cup was ottered and,not accepted.
