RACE HORSE CARRIAGE.

MINISTER INTERVIEWED. HIS STATEMENT.

The Minister states that very strict instuctions have been given regarding cleaning stock wagons, but curing tiie busy season owners of racehorses prefer to have wagons supplied before being cleaned rather than have a' y slight delay. Special care was taken in connection with the cleaning and disinfection of the trucks in which animals known to be diseased lave been conveyed.
