Hsifngbsiling, a young and brilliant Southerner, is Premier and Finance Minister; Ohangshion, Industrial, Pioneer and Minister for Commerce; Liangchichie, China's most brilliant writer an i a notable reformer, is Minister for Justice; and Sunpaocbi, formerly Ambassador to Berlin, Minister for Foreign Affairs.
