Through the High Commissioner the Federal Minister of Custom has received an announcement that facilities which are to be established at Athens may enable a filip to be given to the trade in refrigerated meat. The city municipality has granted a thirty years' concession for (he erection of cold storage accommodation and for building a market. The pay 3000 francs (£120) for the first ten years, 4000 francs (£160) for the next ten years, and 5000 francs for the next ten years. It is suggested by the High Commissioner that, with these provisions for storage there should be an opportunity for Australian reporters to widen the area of their enterprise.
