WRONGLY BLAMED. Pre* Awn—By Telegraph—Copyright London, April 20. Some youths have confessed to the Dudley Castle outrage which was attributed to suffragettes. Several witnesses identified two suffragettes in Halloway prison as the perpetrators of the Engelfleld golf green outrage. A canister of gunpowder surrounded by inflammable material and burning candles was found in the Aberdeen railway station. It was supposed to have been placed there by suffragettes.
