BY RAILWAY MEN. jPrese Association. —By Telegraph. Christchurch, Saturday. £ The Hon. A. L. Herdman, Minister for Justice, telegraphed to Mr R. Hampton, of the Addington Railway Workshops, as follows "Your telegram of yesterday forwarding resolution passed at a meeting of the Addington Workshops employees in reference to the prosecution of Mr C. L. Beary has been received by me and referred to the Commissioner of Police for his consideration and report.''
