INJURED BY TRAIN. {PreM Association.—By Telegraph. Greymouth, Sunday. An old man named Munchin Keenan, was knocked down by the 5.30 train from Dunollie last night, but thrown clear of the line. He escaped with severe scalp wounds. THREE SUDDEN DEATHS. Wellington, March 30. Mrs Christina Duncan, aged 54. •died suddenly on Saturday afternoon at a house in Hankey street. She was talking with the inmates and without warning fell off her chair and died before medical assistance arived. Heart trouble is supposed to be the cause.

William Oliver O'Reilly, about 50 .▼ears of age, supposed to be a native of Dunedin, died suddenly this morning at a house in Lorna st"eet. While attempting 4 o lift a bag of potatoes he collapsed, and when picked up was dead. O'Reilly was 41 labourer, single, and believed to have no relations alive in New Zealand. Thomas Collins, aged about 43, was remove to the hospital last night from a house in Holland street and died this morning. He had been working at the Patent Slip but, feeling unwell, knocked off work .and went home.
