LEGAL ASSISTANCE REFUSED. (Press. Association.—By Telegraph. Wellington. Last Night. Mr J. G. Harp, the publication of whose letter in a Hamilton paper resulted in an inquiry into the alleged maltreatment of boys on the Amokura, interviewed the Minister of Marine to-day, and asked for assistance of counsel.
