ALLEGED SHOOTING AFFRAY
AT EKETAHUNA. (Press Association.—By Telegraph. Eketahuna, Last Night. Befor? Messrs Herbert and Haswell, Justices, to-day. Patrick O'Donnell was charged that on Sunday he did wound William B. Fraser by discharging a gun at him with intent to do grievous bodily harm. The men are neighbours and the case is the result of a disagreement. One of the pellets struck Fraser, inflicting a skin abrasion. The defence was reserved and accused was committed to the Wellington Supreme Court for trial. Bail was allowed accused in himself £IOO and a surety of £IOO.
