HURLED IN THE AIR. Press Aissn—By Telegraph—Copyright Timaru, Last Night. A. Guild, son of Jas. Guild, a well known farmer of Trevenner, was riding home in his motor cycle and was crossing the railway line when a train struck the machine and hurled it high into the air to a grass plot. Guild sustained a fractured shoulder blade, a broken baud, and several bruises. He was taken to the hospital unconscious.
