STORY OF DELAY.

The Daily Mail states that Delay, oil returning to England, led a double life. .He became acquainted with Mrs Young in 1910, and until she wrote that she was going away, her husband was not aware of the co-respondent's existence. Yielding to his wife's wish Leonard Young agreed to commence divorce proceedings. He was only aware that Arthur Delay was the corespondent, and he did not know Delay's occupation or address. Delay used different solicitors to transact business in both names. He only once saw the solicitor, whom he employed in the divorce proceedings, and took humble lodgings for receiving the Court's citation. His friends, family and his family solicitor were not aware of the divorce suit. I

After the marriage in New York Delay settled ten thousand pounds on his wife. Delay met Mr and Mrs Nowill while travelling about at the time Mrs Young left her husband.
