O'Meara defeated Treweek (Palmerston) featherweight, in the second 1 round. The first round was Trewtek's on points, O'Meara SBemingly waiting for the koook oat, In the second round Treweek foroed matters and swinging his light moved Ins body forward, O'Meara whipping' in a beautiful right upperoat, wliioh laid Treweek on his back. He rcsa at nine staggering aud was again put on the boards. He rose again but'tue Referee interfered rightly, and deolared O'Meara the winner. Treweek soon recovered and was the most soientifio boxer.
Tracey and Hannan fought a sterling 15 rounds and at the end Tracey was awarded the contest, though Hannan was most aggressive all through.
