Received 10.25 p.m. London, Last Night.The Daily Telegraph's Pekin correspondent reports that Government despatohes admit that the reb.-ls have captnred Hankow, the lire of the Hanyang and Wuchang forts being unfaceable. The casualtites on both sides were very heavy. Pekin, Last Night.
A Shanghai telegram states that Amoy is in the hands of the revolutionaries ami is in a state of anarchy, also all towns npon the railway between Shanghai aud Ohinhiaug. The revolutionary troops are receiving twelve taels a mouth compared with the luperalist 4% tasls.
A Rangoon telegram tajs troops at Tengyueh, on the border of Burmah, mutinied aud looted the Treasury, and killed Geuer,tl Chins, the Taotai. Talifu, Yung Chang and Yun Nanfu were also captured aud nil officials murdered.

Pokin, Yesteiday,
Wutingfang, former Minister at Washington, has joined the revolutionists', and Suchan, Hangclm, Sungkiang, and Wu'sung have joined the movement. Taku and Tientsin will probably make attacks on Yuan Sinkkai in the Assembly, which will accuse him of arrogating excessive powers.
