MONEY BY POST.

DELIVERY BY LETTER

CARRIERS,

AN EXCELLENT SUGGESTION,

By Telegraph—Press Association. Inverawgill, Last Night. Sir Jnsßpli Ward stated at Winton to-night that lie proposed to have established shortly a nw system for the payment of money orders by the Post Office.by which that department would saud out money to the nouses of working men and others bv letter carriers. Under this proposal for example a man in the country, wishing to send money to his wife, would be able, by giving directions to the Post Office, to have the money delivered to her direct. This system has great possibilities and would meet a real want.
