FINAL DEIISION OF EXEOUTIVE COUNCIL,

A meeting of tho Executive Council, His Excelleuoy fc'ie Governor I presiding, was held on Saturday to further consider the case of Talii Kaka, the yonng Maori now under sentence of death at Auckland, for murder. The decision of the Exeontive is that the law must take its course. It iB officially stated that no circumstances which could be considered favourable to tho prisoner wore esl eluded from the Oonnoil's deliberation.
