Kia Toa has b u en strengthened by the inclusion of Stephens, who replaces Martis in the three-qnaitar line, nnd the other new player will be Kllwood, from the juniors, who lias improved a lot of late. The junior match, Old Boys v. Kia Toa, should be a good game, and also thePalmeiston third v. Alilettio. It is to be hoped all the referees appointed will tarn up. In the past ssveral have been chosen, but have DB7er troubled to or notify the eeoretiry of the Rfferees' Association that they oonH not nttend, the consequence being that two or three have had to take two games each.
