Mrßeeby sjid the. object of tho college was to train teacheis who would impart theii knowledge to the children of every important school. He did not think the attempt to estaolish a collage to train domestic savants would succeed at present. He looked forward to the time when a domestic would do eight hours' work ami then leave. If anybody wanted the luxury of another eight hours' work they would have to gat a second shift of girls.
