Hill £7 14s Bd, Judgment was given in 1905, and on the ground that judgment debtor could have paid in the meantime if he wished he was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default eight days' imprisonment in Wanganui Gaol, the order to be suspended so long as debtor pays £1 a month.
