INDIAN FRONTIER TROUBLE.
SECRET ORGANISATION OF NATIVES. Per Press Association—Copyright. Received April 28, 11.45 p.m. London, Last Night. The Times' Simla correspondent reports that contingents from Afghanistan and Bajour have steadily added to the tribal gathering on the Molimand frontier. The organised system for the supply of food and ammunition indicates arrangements in tLs background different from the usual crude tribal system. Fanatical preachers are active across the Afghan border and the Ameer's officials are not making the slightest efforts to check the Mullah's followers. General Willcocks remains strictly on the defensive. "
