SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 1907, At 2 p.m. AH. ATKINSON & CO., LTD., • have received instructions to sell by Public Auction at their rooms, Feilding, as above, 50—TOWN SECTIONS—SO Immediately adjoining those recently sold on account of Dr Johnston. The area of these sections varies from of an acre to 1 rood and a few perches, with frontages to South street and other streets now in process of formation. The Auctioneers, in drawing attention to this important sale, would point out to investors that the whole -of the sections to be offered are within a few minutes' wolk of the Feilding Railway Station and the business centre of the town, that they are incomparably the driest and healthiest of Feilding residential sites. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, and the sale of properties adjoining at the rate of £352 per acre is sufficient indication of land values in this part of the Borough. Feilding, unlike many of our inland towns, has never been disturbed by a land boom or by inflated values, and being geographically situated in the centre of a very large and exceptionally productive farming district, investors cannot go wrong in securing the freehold of these first-class residential sites, which must become of exceptional value in the near future. THE TERMS have been arranged on an exceptionally liberal basis. In fact, nothing in this district has been previously placed in the market on terms equal to those at which this subdivision is now offered to the public. Plans may be seen and full particulars obtained from A. H. ATKINSON AND CO., LTD., at their offices in Feilding.

a _ THE , AYRSHIRE AND PERTHSHIRE J FARMS. IN ALL ABOUT ACRES. FOR PRIVATE SALE, in One Block, or Divided tnto-Dairy, Fruit, and Grazing Farms. This is first-class land for all descriptions of fruit and flowers. Prizes have been gained for apples and nuts grown on this land. For dairy farming these properties are very suitable, there being a constant water supply from running creeks throughout summer and winter. Of late years good purebred stock have been reared and distributed through the North Island; in former times good mutton and earliest lambs were turned off this land. The native bush, of great service in various ways, has been preserved, and is very fine. The Tiffen Park, a part of the property, is a Beauty Spot. The properties are situated 17 miles from Wellington by a flat road (one hour by motor run), 8 miles from Hutt and Petone, 4 mile 3 from Mason's Gardens, and 4 miles the Wellington side of Silverstream golf links. These farms lie in a valley, off the Main Hutt Road, opposite Hayward's Railway Station. The land is fit for immediate occupation, and is not by any means exhausted, so that the purchaser, or purchasers, oati get immediate returns. Notwithstanding the fact that considerable money and labour has been expended on this property, and that the land in the immediate vicinity is selling for hundreds of pounds per acre, this property is for sale at a very moderate figure. The price of this land is not fixed as for Residential Sites, although some parts are very suitable for that purpose, lying as they do off the Main Road, away from ! the just, with clean water and drainage, , and with no risk of river floods. ' Intending purchasers with capital , please apply to j MESSRS J. H. BETHUNE & CO., Featherston Street, Wellington; Or to ' THE OWNER, ! Care of that firm. I ,
