Press Association—Copyright. London, May 4. Renter's Pari3 correspondent states that the German Minister at Terehan lias secured a convention establishing a Gorman Bank. The attempt of France in the same direction in lOOfi was overruled by Russia on the ground that the Russian Bank of Persia met all requirements.
