Per Press Association. Wkllington, Last Night. The Council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce today passed a re: solution expressing the opinion that the proposed reciprocal treaty between New Zealand and Australia should not be confirmed, a? the suggested alterations in tho tariff are in the interests of neither the producers nor the consumers, New Zealand being aßked to pay an enormous price for a very small and uncertain benefit.
