Sir Alfred Thomas, the member for Glamorganshire, addressing his constituents, urged that in order to prevent Welsh members revolting in the next Parliament a clear understanding must be reached before hand. The disestablishment of the Cburoh of Walea must be treated with first importance and introduced early by the next Radical adtuiciistration. Nothing less wou!d secure his allegiance. •
