Yesterday. _It is reported nt Tokio that fqur Russian warship?, possiblj Rczhdestvensky's light cruiserp, passed Kurile Straits, steaming westward, ou the 25.h. A private telegram received at Bcrlia, via Chifu, states that one of Rozhdcstvensky's ships proceeded to Kiachau on Friday in a badly damaged condition from a collision. It adds that Rozhdestvensky began to forco a passage on each side of Tau shima without lights on Saturday! night. Heavy firing was heard between nine and midnight. The Times' Tokio correspondent reports that a battle was fought in a strong breeze and a high sea.' A private telegram received in a high quarter in London reports that the battle resulted in a great victory for Togo,
