Received February 7..10.54 p.m. London, Yesterday. Reuter states that Bussia has placed a loan of forty millions sterling at fiveß in Paris.
All news relating to the strikes at Tomsk, Krasnoyarck, and Irkutsk has been suppressed.
Madame Kuga, the opera Binger, has been expelled from Bussia for congratulating an officer on the Hussians' first victory over the Japanese and alluding to the events of the 22nd.
According to the Daily Mail the authorities are unable to cope with the great revolutionary movement being prepared in Transcaucasia.
