CHELTENHAM RIFLE CLUB.
The' annual meeting of the above dub was held on Saturday, Gapt. Barrow in the chair. The balance sheet. showed a credit of £10 7a lOd. Mr F. X. Lethbridge, M.H.E., was elected patcon, Mr. T. Bruce president, and Messrs H. Coventry E. Orosbie, W. Mitchie, W. Jones, W. F. Mcßeath, F. W. Ellis and Jackson, vice-presidents. Other officers elected were—Capt., J. Barrow; vice-captain, H. Currin; secretary, E.Taylor; committee, R. Barrow, H. Webster, H. Thomas, T. Taylor, E. Ohristenson and E. Martin; auditor, O. E. Johnston; handicapper, E. Taylor. Mr W. Stretton gave a rifle to be shot for. A vote of thanks was carried to all donors of trophies and to Mr Mills for the rifle range. The Club will fire for the Nymond Gup on Saturday, 11th February at one o'clock.
The Club fired for Messrs Ellis and Stretton's ammunition prizes on Saturday last at 200 and 300, ten shots.
