INCENDIARISM.

Waimate, Lust Night. A case of incendiarism occurred here on Sunday night or early this morning. On Mr W. Coltman's (jeweller) MsyUtant opening a side door of his shop at 8 this morning, he found a considerable portion of the floor burned away and tho inside of the door half burned through h6 the bottom and scorched half way up. EC .If burned paper and a piece of sacking soaked in kerosene were found, those having apparently been pushed under the door and set on fire. Fortunately the fire died out.
