Russia Inflicts A Defeat.

London. Saturday. Private Japanese advices at Chefoo state that besides the losses cabled, two Japanese warships were damaged at D.ilny on Sunday. The Russians insist that another warship was disabled. Port Arthur advices received in Paris state the Russian cruiser Bogatyr (6750 tons), which is on the rocks at the entrance to Vladivostock, is likely to become a total loss.
