EarS Cfoman's Report
Received April 13, 11.16 p.m. Lokdon. Yesterday. Earl Cramer's report on Soudan aflairs for the last year states that the future of the Soudan depends mainly on Rood administration, increase ia population, improved communications, the c°tton cultivation and cheap fuel, and adds that it is desirable to encourage Egyptian immigration thither. Earl Cromer's report on Egyptian affairs hints that the taxpayer has borne a large burden, which other countries would throw upon posterity, emphasising tne largo expenditure on irrigation.
