A Serious Charge.
(Press Association.) Woodville, February 9. Alter the arrival of the Wess"Coast yolnteers last night, en route for Wellington to the reception of the Imperial troops the refreshment rooms were lashed, and it is alleged that a number of men helped themselves to beer, whisky, cigars, etc., besides sandwiches, and insulted the attendant because he declined to supply refreshments without the money.
