Router's Telegram, London, Feb. 27. The infernial machines found at the Victoria, Charing Cross, and Paddington railway stations are idei tfcal m construction, and are shown to be of American make. The clockwork mechanism m the one found at Paddington had, it is proved, failed to act or a serious explosion would have occurred.
