BULGARIA'S HOPES
(Rec. 10. 30 a.m.) SOFIA, Dec. 30. The Premier of Bulgaria (M. Georgiev) in a speech to the Bulgarian Parliament said that he welcomed the decisions of the Foreign Ministers' Conference in Moscow. "These resolutions give us the right to think thsvfc the three Great Allied Powers, consider with equity and goodwill the political situation in new, democratic Bulgaria," said the Premier. He added that Bulgaria would make every effort to follow the friendly counsel which Russia had just given her, and to carry out the recommendations of the "Big Three" Conference.
