LATE LORD KEYES
DOMINION'S SYMPATHY. (Press Assn.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 29 A message of sympathy to Lady Keyes in the death of her husband, the late Admiral of the Fleet Lord Keyes, has been sent through the New Zealand High Commissioner in London by the Acting-Prime Minister (Mr Nash) as follows: "Will you please convey to Latly Keves the sincere sympathy of the Government of New Zealand in the death of her husband. In this sad hour she has the consolation of knowing that throughout his distinguished career he rendered outstanding service to his country, to the naval forces of New Zealand and indeed to the whole Commonwealth." The High Commissioner has also been asked to inform Lady Keyes that the Mayor and citizens of Dunedin desire to express their sympathy to her.
