KURT MEYER SENTENCED
(Rec. 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 28. A Court-martial at Aurich sentenced to death by shooting Major-General Kurt Meyer, aged 35, Commander or the German Twelfth S.S. division Meyer was found on three of live charges in connection with the deaths of 41 Canadian war prisoners.
