INNOCENCE PLEADED
(10.35 a.m.) YOKOHAMA, Dec. 28. Lieut. Ken Yuri, a former commander of the Omuta prison camp in Southern Japan, pleaded innocence to the Military Commission of atrocity charges, including the ordering of a private to be bayoneted to death in May,’’ 1944. Yuri is also held responsible for torturing and .starving 1 to death a Marine.
