GREEK MISSION TO LONDON
ATHENS, Dec. 27. The Vice-Premier (M. Emmanuel Tsouderos) and the Minister of Supply (M. Kartalis) are going to London tomorrow for negotiations with the British Government. The negotations include the Greek Government's economic programme ■• and measures to secure new stabilisation of the drachma in Greece's reconstruction.
