YUGOSLAVIAN COMPLAINT
(Rec. 9.30 a.m.) BELGRADE, Dec. 27. Tanjig, the \ugoslav News Agency, alleges that the British Military Government of the Julian Province (the Italian-Yugoslav border region) has dismissed all the People's Liberation Committees and has appointed in their place Mayors anu secretaries mostly from the ranks of the Fascists and civil servants. Tanjig adds that members of the Liberation Committees are still helping the people by issuing war damage certificates and drawing up applications to the authorities, but the Allied occupation authorities are impeding their efforts and have threatened some menibers with arrest if they continue this work.
