WOOL APPRAISAL
PRICES AT WELLINGTON. (Press Assn.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 15” The Wellington Woolbrokers’ Association reports that at the wool appraisal which commenced on November 23 14,915 bales, totalling 5,437;7501b, were appraised. The proceeds were £320,744; the average per bale was £2l 10s Id and the average per lb 14.156 d. A large proportion of the clips did not compare with last season’s in colour and soundness.
