FIFTY YEARS OLD
KING GEORGE’S BIRTHDAY LONDON, Dec. 14 His Majesty. King George VT. who is 50 years old today, began the day as usual working at his .desk at Buckingham Palace. There will be no special ceremonies, as his birthday is olficially celebrated in June. There were many callers at the Palace to sign the visitors’ book and shoals of telegrams of congratulations and good wishes poured into the Court post office from all parts off the Empire.
