Clothiey, of Lower Hutt, clerk of the scales and timekeeper in succession to Bir U. Shannon,- who recently resigned. Mr Clothier previously acted -in this capacity for the Metropolitan Trotting Club and for several racing clubs in the Canterbury district. .
