MANAWATU HEADS
(From Our Own Correspondent,) The Foxton Harbour Board has been considering the matter of sanitation in the hall camping grounds. With septio tanks being part of all the latest homes here, it is felt that the camping grounds should be brought up-to-date too. An incinerator may also be provided as the disposal of the remains of the preparation and consumption of meals was last year a burning question. Work on the new road from Nash Parade to Seabury Avenue is held up because the Marton children’s home authorities do not wish to part with the site where an exit was to havo been made into Seabury Avenue.
