MANY RATIFICATIONS. (Bee. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28. Twenty-six States have so far ratified the United Nations Charter, with seven ratifications, including New Zealand's, already deposited in Washington, said Mr Stettinius, the United States member- of the Preparatory Commission. The United Nations Charter would come into existence when the American Government had received the 29 ratifications.
