INDIAN OFFENDERS
(2.10 p.m.) NEW DELHI, Sept. 4. Officers and men of the Japaneseraised Indian national army are believed to be appearing before a public Court-martial soon. They will be allowed counsel. The officers and men will be classified under three categories —white, grev and black. The white" class will comprise those who helped the Allied forces, grey those who went over to the enemy under duress, and black those who actively helped the enemy.
