TROTTING
Members of the Manawatu Trotting Club are reminded that nominations for the offices of president, three vice-presi-dents, four committeemen, and honorary treasurer close with the secretary (Mr A. H. Manson, P.O. Box 612) on Tuesday. September 11, at"' noon. The following officers retire this year but are eligible for re-election: Mr E. G. Dobson (president). Messrs H. J. Woodfic-ld, F. A. Cousins and Colonel J. H. Whyte (vice-presidents), Messrs S. J. Hanlon L. G. Rieger, R. Scott and E. B. Vine (committee), and Mr C. P. Nash (hon. treasurer).
