Powerful Allied occupation forces are converging on Japan by sea as the Allied commanders complete the last-minute details for the official entry into Tokio Bay, says Reuters correspondent aboard the battleship Duke of York. The troopships heading for Tokio under the escort of the American Third Fleet will land United States -Marines in Tokio Bay areas immediately the entry is effected. They will also land British Marines, who were transferred at sea from their warships to American troopships. One of the earliest objectives of the occupation forces will obviously be the Yokosuka naval base—Japan's Portsmouth. Allied naval experts will be üble' to examine it for secrets.
